The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Act as the visible leader during breakfast service in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager. Oversee the shift and allocate morning duties to team members when leadership is not present. Represent the Breakfast team in operational meetings when required. Ensure all breakfast opening and closing procedures are completed and all documentation is accurately recorded. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the breakfast area to Fairmont standards. Monitor and replenish breakfast stock levels, placing orders as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues to support smooth service flow. Maintain a strong guest‑focused approach and ensure the team delivers warm, attentive morning service. Take and deliver breakfast orders accurately, ensuring speed and consistency. Handle guest issues or complaints appropriately and update the Breakfast or Club Lounge Manager on actions taken. Identify opportunities to upsell breakfast items and support daily revenue generation. Stay aware of daily business levels and upcoming events impacting breakfast service. Take responsibility for all payments and financial transactions during the shift. Lead pre‑shift morning briefings in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Supervisory role, ideally within a luxury or high‑volume environment.
- Qualification in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred.
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
- Experienced in all aspects of restaurant and banquet service.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering results.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
