Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Maintenance (or working towards) preferred.
- PA1, PA2, PA6 spraying certificates desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in greenkeeping, sports turf, or grounds maintenance.
- Experience operating turf machinery including mowers, tractors, and implements.
- Knowledge of turf care, including mowing, aeration, irrigation, and nutrition.
- Understanding of UK Health & Safety regulations, including safe machinery use and COSHH.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- A passion for golf course presentation and delivering exceptional playing conditions.
