Our 213-bedroom property is located on the outskirts of St Andrews, boasting 2 championship golf courses and an award-winning spa and leisure facility. With multiple food and beverage venues on site, including our two AA Rosette Restaurant, St Andrews Clubhouse & Grill - serving the finest Scottish steak and seafood, we are able to offer our guests a world class experience for dining and leisure activities, right here on property.

Fairmont St Andrews are looking for a passionate and personable Guest Experience Manager to create exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests throughout their stay. Based within the hotel lobby and key guest areas, you will act as a visible and engaging host, building genuine connections with guests and curating personalised experiences that make every stay special. From arranging bespoke dining and spa experiences to creating thoughtful “signature moments”, you will play a key role in delivering luxury hospitality at its finest. This role is all about anticipating guest needs, creating lasting memories, and naturally connecting guests with the incredible experiences our hotel has to offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver warm, engaging, and personalised service throughout the guest journey
  • Build relationships with guests and tailor experiences based on their preferences and occasions
  • Recommend and arrange dining, spa, golf, and local experiences
  • Create memorable “signature moments” for celebrations, VIPs, and special occasions
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel and its facilities
  • Support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue through authentic guest engagement
  • Collaborate with Concierge and operational teams to deliver seamless experiences
Qualifications
  • Naturally warm, confident, and engaging
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with a guest-first approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, concierge, or luxury guest service is preferred.
