Job DescriptionWhat We Are Seeking:
In your role you will:
- Be responsible for the entire Hotel operation and standards of the products and services.
- Have razor focus on commercial strategies and look for ways to maximize profit.
- Manage and lead the team to ensure safe, efficient and effective daily hotel operations.
- Embrace change and drive improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives.
Skills & Experience:
You will need to:
- Be passionate about leading a successful hotel team.
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience as a General Manager in upscale hotels.
- Be an expert in hotel operations, a strong commercial leader with a proven track record in financial performance, guest and team member engagement.
- Excel in communication at all levels of the business.
- Be experienced in managing owner relationships and understand franchised environments.
- Have knowledge of the London market (very beneficial).
