Novotel London Waterloo with its 187 bedrooms, 6 meeting rooms, bar, restaurant and fitness & sauna, is finally opening again and is looking for its new Front Office Manager !

As our next Front Office Manager, you…
Will be the ‘face of Novotel London Waterloo ’, managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Reservations departments, including rota’s, team recruitment, and purchases. Together with the Operations Manager, you will address guest complaints and provide solutions, ensuring a wonderful guest experience by linking with different departments of the hotel.
You will motivate and inspire the front office team to provide high-quality services for our guests.
We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative, and have a great sense of humour. As a member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate in management meetings and carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly.
You enjoy learning yourself while developing and teaching the members of your team.
