Fairmont St Andrews is seeking an ambitious Restaurant Manager to lead the Clubhouse & Grill at a two-venue operation on Scotland’s iconic St Andrews estate. You will manage day-to-day dining, lead a skilled team across golfing and hotel dining experiences, and drive service excellence across the AA Rosette and resort standards.

You will oversee guest satisfaction, staff development, rotas, cost control, and collaboration with kitchen and resort teams to deliver memorable experiences.
