A bit about what you will do... M&E Supervisors lead by example and promote teamwork and quality service through excellent daily communication. They play a key role in providing the finest personalised service for our guests and creating memorable experiences. Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary. Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally. Deal with last minute requests efficiently. Work closely and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped to make both private and corporate events a resounding success. Complete time sheets and make sure they are signed and correctly recorded.
