A bit about what you will do...
- Assistant Restaurant Managers within our luxury hotel oversee restaurant operations for the outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests' expectations.
- Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests' needs and brand standards.
- Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
- Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
- Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
