A bit about what you will do... The Director of Spa & Wellness will strategically direct the gym and spa's overall operations, incorporating elements of daily management to enhance business development, maximise revenue, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction across all services.
- Strategic Oversight & Business Development: Define and execute high-level strategies that align with overall business objectives. Analyse market trends to guide growth and competitive positioning. Develop and manage annual budgets, focusing on long-term financial targets.
- Operational Excellence: Direct daily spa operations including guest services, gym, reception, and membership management. Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts to elevate guest experiences. Oversee the maintenance of facilities and manage capital projects to enhance service delivery.
- Leadership & Team Management: Provide leadership that combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management. Mentor and develop senior staff and managers, fostering a culture of professional growth. Build a cohesive team environment, promoting inclusivity and high performance.
