A bit about what you will do:
- Demi-Chef de Parties in our team help create a culinary experience for guests with an eye for detail and passion for flavours.
- Assist with planning, ordering, preparing and creating delicious dishes.
- Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.
- Supervising, leading and training a team of commis chefs.
- Ensures all health and safety practices are continually maintained and reported.
