A bit about what you will do...
The Beverage Manager at Fairmont Windsor Park leads all beverage operations within the Meetings & Events division, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance and full regulatory compliance. The role combines operational leadership, team development and strategic financial oversight to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maximising profitability and maintaining brand excellence.
- Lead and oversee all beverage operations within the Meetings & Events department.
- Develop, update and manage alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage menus.
- Maintain stock control, par levels, inventory counts and beverage cost targets.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and fire regulations.
- Deliver seamless beverage service during events and conduct service spot checks.
- Train, coach and develop bar teams in line with brand standards.
- Lead daily briefings and regular team meetings to uphold hygiene and service excellence.
- Manage recruitment, staffing levels, performance reviews and succession planning.
- Drive revenue through upselling, pricing strategy, promotions and competitor analysis.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, cash integrity, stock audits and cost control.
