This lively bar and lounge features theatrical mixology and genuine guest interactions, complemented by an open kitchen that puts culinary craft and creativity on display. A bit about what you will do... Assistant Restaurant Managers within our luxury hotel oversee restaurant operations for the outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests' expectations. Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests' needs and brand standards. Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests. Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Manage staffing levels according to business demands. Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently. Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.

More about you... You are a true people's person, with passion to delight our guests with amazing service. You will be obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality. You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment. You have a good working knowledge of food and beverages. You are a great leader and strive to develop and motivate the team. Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential.
