A bit about what you will do: Assistant Gardeners in our team maintain the hotel grounds to the highest standards, contributing to the overall well-being and relaxation of guests in our luxurious hotel. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the grounds to the highest standard, including weeding and replanting flowers and plants daily
  • Provide hands-on skills to ensure the hotel grounds and paths are in excellent condition
  • Manage and develop plants and flowers to complement the whole hotel
  • Ensure the health of plants by identifying any pests or diseases and controlling them
  • Perform ad hoc building repair work as necessary

More about you: Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. You should have excellent health, as this is a physically demanding role that includes lifting and moving garden machinery. A flexible approach is required, working hard to avoid disrupting our guests. A smart and professional appearance is essential. You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage, and broad experience in a variety of gardening and landscaping skills is preferred.
