A bit about what you will do... As an Assistant Breakfast Manager at Fairmont Windsor Park, you will assist the Breakfast Manager to ensure a smooth and effective running of the Breakfast operations in MOREISH. As an operational leader, you are the strategic service expert, assist in maintaining and improving the Fairmont Windsor Park standards of operations and manage and develop yourself and your team. Your responsibility is to support the seamless running of MOREISH by providing a highly efficient and effective service of the F&B products to the highest standards. You must consistently strive to improve guest and staff satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Seek opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs while maintaining high standards. Continuously enhance the guest experience through service improvements and proactive feedback management. Develop and lead a motivated team through clear goals, regular training, and performance reviews. Adapt quickly to changing operational needs and take initiative during the absence of senior management. Ensure consistent delivery of food and beverage services in line with Fairmont standards. Maintain clear communication within the team, ensuring professionalism and that English is always spoken. Collaborate on promotional activities and drive a guest-focused, sales-oriented front-of-house culture. Oversee accurate stock control, minimise waste, and analyse variances in collaboration with relevant departments. Lead daily operations with visibility on the floor, ensuring smooth service and well-maintained service areas. Uphold health, safety, and compliance procedures while adhering to all policies, codes of conduct, and audit requirements.
More about you... You are a true peoples person, with passion to delight our guests with amazing service. You will be obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality. You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment. You have a good working knowledge of food and beverages. You are a great leader and strive to develop and motivate the team. Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential.
