Role Description

The St Andrews Bay Clubhouse & Grill Manager is a full-time, on-site position based at Fairmont St Andrews in St Andrews, UK.

This role oversees the daily operations of the clubhouse and grill, ensuring exceptional guest service, high-quality food and beverage delivery, and smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Key responsibilities include managing staffing levels and schedules, supervising team performance, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
