Job Description
Are you looking for a role where you can build experience, meet new people, and work in a stunning location? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at the Fairmont St Andrews retail shop. This is a Casual position, between 16 and 24 hours per week, with flexibility to increase during holidays or to cover annual leave.
What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests and visitors
- Help with in-store promotions to drive sales
- Keep the shop clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented
- Share product knowledge and recommend gifts and items to customers
- Handle payments, bookings and support daily shop operations
- Follow all procedures related to Health & Safety, security, and customer service
- Support the Retail Manager with varied tasks as needed
Qualifications
