This is a full-time on-site role for an Outlets Manager - Bars based at Fairmont St Andrews, St Andrews. You will be responsible for managing all bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in beverage quality. Your daily tasks will include staff supervision, managing inventory, creating and implementing beverage menus, and overseeing training to ensure team excellence. In collaboration with other departments, you will also work to optimize sales opportunities and maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Customer Service to provide an outstanding guest experience and address guest inquiries or issues professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, including bar and service management, menu development, and maintaining quality standards.
- Effective Communication skills to lead a team, interact with staff and guests, and ensure clear and constructive exchanges.
- Experience in Training and developing team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Background in Sales strategies for promoting outlets and optimizing revenue opportunities.
- Prior experience in a similar hospitality or luxury setting is strongly preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to Food & Beverage operations.
