Fairmont Spa & Wellness is seeking passionate, professional, and guest-focused Spa Therapists to join our award-winning Spa & Wellness team at Fairmont St Andrews. As a Spa Therapist at Fairmont St Andrews, you will play an integral role in creating exceptional wellness experiences for our guests, by delivering personalised and results-driven, luxury treatment experiences.
- Deliver exceptional spa treatment experiences in line with Fairmont Spa & Wellness brand standards, treatment protocols and luxury service expectations.
- Create warm, welcoming and memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, expert knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidently recommend personalised retail products, homecare recommendations and treatment plans to enhance treatment results and support long-term guest wellbeing.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience through treatment enhancements, upgrades and personalised recommendations.
- Build meaningful relationships with guests, encouraging loyalty, repeat visits and long-term engagement with the Spa & Wellness offering.
- Work collaboratively with Spa Reception, Fitness & Wellbeing and wider Resort colleagues to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.
- Maintain exceptional standards of treatment room presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and operational excellence at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training, brand education and professional development opportunities, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the operational needs of the Spa & Wellness department and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional experiences whilst Making Special Happen every day.
Qualifications:
- Recognised professional Spa Therapist qualification (HNC/HND, Level 3, ITEC, VTCT, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent essential)
- Passion for delivering exceptional treatment experiences and luxury guest care
- Naturally warm, engaging and confident communication skills with a strong service mindset.
- Passion for wellness, skincare, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Willingness to confidently recommend retail products, treatment enhancements and upgrades.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional grooming standards
- Positive, flexible and proactive approach to teamwork.
- Passion for continuous learning, advanced training and professional development
