- Assist in the preparation of dishes in a timely fashion and to agreed standards.
- Help with and control the preparation for the section on which you are working.
- Work cleanly and hygienically, observing all health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure the smooth running of the section and maintain Fairmont St Andrews Scotland standards.
- Keep section paperwork up to date, in line with legislative requirements.
- Attend organised training sessions, and ask questions to develop skills.
Qualifications:
