A professional services organisation is seeking a Technology Project Manager to deliver a range of IT and change initiatives across the business. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency and improving customer experience through well-managed project delivery. Projects are typically medium in size and complexity, involving multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are well planned, effectively executed, and aligned to business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects from initiation through to delivery
- Tracking progress, risks, budgets, and outcomes
- Providing clear updates to senior stakeholders
- Managing project communications and expectations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, HR, finance)
- Supporting change management, including communications and training
- Managing third-party vendors and ensuring delivery against agreed standards
About You
You’ll be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a range of projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in:
- Delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (e.g. data centres, data initiatives)
- Implementing SaaS solutions, including adoption and integration
- Managing project documentation (plans, budgets, risks)
- Working across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Vendor and supplier management
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable:
- Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure)
- ITIL or service management awareness
- Understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
- Certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP
- Experience in cloud or digital transformation projects
