We are recruiting a Finance BI Analyst for a fast-growing professional services business that’s investing heavily in its analytics and reporting capability. This role sits at the heart of the organisation’s financial and commercial decision-making. You’ll work closely with Finance and senior stakeholders to deliver Power BI dashboards, forecasting models and analysis that directly shape how the business plans, invests and grows.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining Power BI reporting focused on revenue, profitability, forecasting and commercial performance. Working alongside Finance and the Analytics Manager, you’ll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight for leadership teams. This is a hands-on analytics role with real exposure to commercial decision-making, board-level reporting and business performance.

- Strong experience in Power BI (including DAX and data modelling)
- Solid understanding of financial and commercial reporting
- Experience working with multi-source data (finance, ops, sales, etc.)
- Strong Excel and SQL skills
- Confident communicator who can turn data into insight
- Experience in a professional services or commercial environment is a strong plus.
