What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional treatments, meeting Fairmont brand standards and protocols.
- Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance each guest’s wellness journey.
- Personalise treatments and offer upgrades that elevate the experience.
- Promote hotel and spa facilities, identifying opportunities to enrich the guest’s stay.
- Collaborate closely with the Spa team to create a seamless, supportive environment.
- Perform additional duties as required to support smooth spa operations.
Required Qualifications
- Service‑focused personality, experience an asset.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Beauty Therapy qualification – HNC/HND/Level 3/ITEC.
