Job Description

Fairmont St Andrews is looking for an exceptional Senior Spa & Membership Executive to join our award‑winning Spa & Wellness team.

As the face of Fairmont Spa & Wellness, you will deliver an elegant, seamless and genuinely personalised experience for every guest and member.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable experiences and driving commercial success.

  • What You Will Be Doing
  • Deliver outstanding five‑star guest and member experiences from arrival through to departure.
  • Lead the daily Spa Reception operation, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Drive membership growth and retention through personalised tours, relationship building and member engagement initiatives.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities through treatment bookings, retail sales, membership sales and upgrades.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests and members, anticipating their needs and creating memorable experiences.
  • Support, coach and inspire Spa Reception colleagues, leading by example in service excellence.
  • Maintain the highest standards across reception operations, administration and guest communications.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness with a passion for sales and guest engagement.
  • Experience using Book4Time or Opera Cloud is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a guest‑facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury hotel or spa environment.
