Delano London, opening late 2026, seeks an exceptional Room Service Supervisor to join the pre-opening team. You will help lead our 24-hour Room Service operation, delivering a private dining experience that is warm, polished and seamless across in-room dining.
You will supervise shifts, coordinate with Culinary, Lana Lusa, Rose Bar, Front Office and Housekeeping, coach attendants, maintain safety and standards, and contribute to SOPs for a 24-hour operation.
