We’re looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our team in St Andrews, where luxury service meets unforgettable guest experiences. In this role, you’ll be the face of the hotel – leading from the front, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every stay is seamless, personal, and memorable. What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of daily pre-arrival checks to make sure every detail is spot on.
- Personally welcoming VIPs, Accor Live Limitless, and returning guests.
- Stepping in for the Assistant Front Office Manager when needed, from pre-convention briefings to group arrivals.
- Acting as the go-to contact for guests throughout their stay, resolving issues with ease and professionalism.
