Delano London is seeking an exceptional Assistant Bar Manager to join the pre-opening team. Reporting to the Bar Manager and working with the Director of Food & Beverage, you will help bring Rose Bar to life while aligning beverage service with Lana Lusa, Room Service and Private Dining.
You will lead shifts, develop bartenders, embed service standards, and ensure stock, opening/closing, and beverage GP are managed to protect quality and performance.
