La Cucina is a notable venue within Fairmont St Andrews, and we are seeking a Manager to oversee its smooth operation while ensuring the venue is maintained to Fairmont standards.
A Little More About What You Will Be Doing- Take responsibility for the Food and Beverage operation in La Cucina, allocating appropriate staffing resource, monitoring Fairmont standards and assuring they are all met.
- Take responsibility for the checking of schedules, incentives for Food and Beverage Sales, and training.
- Ensure that the standards of service are adhered to and exceeded on each shift.
- Attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs.
- Keep records of purchase orders and expenses.
- Manage staff recruitment alongside the Human Resource Department.
- Attend to complaints concerning food and beverage services.
- Reorder stock as and when required.
- Observe workplace hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures.
- Responsible for keeping payroll in line with revenues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- This is a full‑time position and will require late‑night shifts, as La Cucina is open exclusively for dinner service.
- Staff shuttle service to/from St Andrews.
