The Savoy is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for the Colleague Restaurant in London. You will assist the Head Chef to run the Colleague Restaurant kitchen to Fairmont standards and coordinate with other departments.
You will train kitchen staff, motivate the team, and prepare food daily according to business needs. Responsibilities include supervising staff, cost control, health and safety, and ensuring high-quality food and service across all outlets and the staff canteen.
