Your Purpose

The Club Lounge Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day overall management of the Club Lounge Bar and Restaurant.

This includes ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, food quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and operational profitability, while supporting sustainable hospitality practices.

Job Description

  • Manage the food and beverage service function of the Club Lounge, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery in line with SOPs.
  • Undertake cost‑efficient staff scheduling and maintain appropriate service levels according to business demands.
  • Lead and develop a specialist team of food and beverage colleagues through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Attain and exceed budgetary revenue and cost targets through strategic revenue maximisation and efficient cost control.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, balancing guest satisfaction and financial parameters.
  • Continually review and enhance products and services, staying aware of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and fire safety procedures.
  • Prepare and manage financial reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
  • Foster a positive team spirit and maintain a visible presence for colleagues, guests, members, and management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally within a luxury or high‑volume environment.
  • Qualification in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred.
  • Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in all aspects of restaurant and banquet service.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering results.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
