Your Purpose

We are delighted to present a rare opportunity for a Night Supervisor to join our exceptional Front Office team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate all overnight operations, ensuring the comfort, safety and security of our guests and the integrity of the property in the absence of the Night Manager. As Night Supervisor, you will take ownership of the hotel during the night, upholding the highest standards of service while leading the team with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide confident overnight leadership, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of exceptional service in line with daytime standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all guests, maintaining a warm, professional, and attentive presence throughout the night.
  • Assume full managerial responsibility for the resort during overnight hours, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all departments.
  • Manage and follow up on all guest requests with precision, care and attention to detail, in accordance with Fairmont service standards.
  • Support the Night Manager in the training, development and ongoing performance of the team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment through constructive, professional communication.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures to uphold consistency and excellence.
  • Conduct one‑to‑one reviews, feedback discussions and contribute to continuous departmental training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide the overnight team.
  • Excellent communication suited to a 5‑star guest experience.
  • Confidence in independent decision‑making during overnight operations.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems including PMS and POS.
  • High attention to detail in guest service and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of security procedures for guest and property safety.
  • Availability for night shifts within a luxury 5‑star setting.
