Job Description:
- Impeccable Cleanliness: Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the spa
- Linen & Supply Care: Replenish towels, linens, and guest supplies with accuracy and consistency
- Cleaning Standards: Follow all cleaning procedures, including deep-cleaning schedules and Fairmont brand standards
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Guest Privacy: Handle guest belongings with absolute respect, discretion, and professionalism
- Guest Interaction: Respond warmly and professionally to guest requests with a guest-first mindset
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to hygiene, COSHH, and manual-handling regulations
- Daily Briefings: Participate in briefings and ongoing training to maintain service excellence
- Lost & Found: Support accurate, confidential handling of lost-and-found items
- Team Culture: Contribute to a respectful, positive, and supportive team environment
- Fairmont Standards: Uphold Fairmont grooming, communication, and service expectations at all times
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally in a luxury hotel
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional standards
- Cleaning Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and room presentation
- Health & Safety: Awareness of UK health & safety regulations, including COSHH (training available)
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Time Management: Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Professionalism: Courteous, professional, and guest-focused approach
- Physical Capability: Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
- Passion for Hospitality: Genuine enthusiasm for luxury service and creating memorable guest experiences
