Your Purpose Will Be To deliver warm, polished and memorable service by confidently guiding guests through our food and beverage offering, maintaining impeccable presentation, and upholding the high standards and signature style expected at Gordon Ramsay at The Mere.
- Deliver an extraordinary service experience to the highest industry standards with a distinctive personal touch as one team.
- Assist guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way.
- Take reservations with all required details in a welcoming and friendly manner.
- Boost revenue through upselling and other creative initiatives.
- Share knowledge of offering, promotions, preparation, general Gordon Ramsay Restaurant knowledge.
- Follow all health & safety policies when handling food and beverage.
- Carry out administrative duties, including printing menus and managing stationary requisitions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Passion for and understanding of 5‑star hospitality and what it takes to deliver it.
- Empathetic with a talent for building rapport, and reading each guest’s desired level of interaction.
- Quick thinking, resourceful and able to solve problems ’in the moment.’
