Job Description
- Set up and maintain the bar area according to standards and procedures.
- Provide excellent guest service, including warm greetings, personalised attention, and prompt order-taking.
- Prepare and serve drinks and snacks efficiently, ensuring proper temperature and quality.
- Create new beverages and cocktails, upsell products, and promote food and beverage offers to maximise sales revenue.
- Handle billing accurately and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Manage stock, including ordering supplies and preparing garnishes.
- Report complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management and actively seek guest feedback.
- Clean and maintain operational equipment and implement cost-control measures.
Note: We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
