A Little Bit About What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist in the preparation of dishes in a timely fashion and to agreed standards.
  • Help with and control the preparation for the section on which you are working.
  • Work cleanly and hygienically, observing all health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the section and that all areas of the section maintain Fairmont St Andrews Scotland standards.
  • Keep section paperwork up to date, in line with legislative requirements.
  • Attend organised training sessions and ask questions to develop skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
