About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for determining tactical efforts that drive revenue to the hotel across all streams—Rooms, F&B, MICE, Golf, Spa, and other ancillaries. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Revenue Manager, the role ensures a cohesive approach to align digital strategies on both direct and indirect channels with revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to overall hotel strategy, including annual marketing planning and budgeting, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B teams.
  • Develop and manage annual and quarterly digital and e‑commerce plans and budgets across direct and indirect channels.
  • Identify market trends, insights, and revenue opportunities to drive growth across Rooms, F&B outlets, and MICE.
  • Own the design, content, functionality, and performance of the hotel website—ensuring brand consistency, optimal user experience, SEO/SEA effectiveness, and conversion optimisation.
  • Ensure website content is high‑quality, relevant, and regularly updated with promotions, events, and offers.
  • Drive web direct performance through SEO, SEA, display advertising, content marketing, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Manage the Accor App visibility, content accuracy, and usage uplift in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and distribution partners, coordinating strategy and promotions with the Director of Revenue.
  • Activate and optimise digital tools and sponsored products across OTA platforms.
  • Monitor rate parity and optimise hotel content, imagery, offers, and visibility across OTAs, metasearch, and GDS.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and metasearch channels.
  • Lead social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and source markets.
  • Manage CRM and email marketing activities for Rooms, F&B, and other outlets in line with strategy and corporate guidelines.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate and optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey across digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee the hotel’s online reputation, monitoring guest feedback and working closely with Guest Relations and Operations teams to address issues and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role in hospitality or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to engage effectively with luxury clientele and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems, OTA platforms, and third‑party distribution channels is advantageous.
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Results‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑focused with a collaborative approach.
  • Upholds brand standards for professional conduct and presentation.
