The Beaufort Bar provides a glamorous setting for creative cocktails and prestige spirits, focusing on the finest wines and Champagnes.

Your Purpose Will Be: You are an ambassador for exceptional service that is the hallmark of our Savoy bar experience.

You Will Be Accountable For:

• Delivering a memorable and professional 5-star beverage experience
• Advising guests through enthusiastically sharing your knowledge about our F&B offering
• Delivering on all standards, policies and procedures to create memorable luxury guest experiences

Your Key Responsibilities & Contribution Will Be:

• Delivering an extraordinary service experience to the highest industry standards
• Mixing drinks in a timely manner based on our standardised recipes
• Assisting guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way
• Boosting our revenue through upselling and other creative initiatives
• Being part of the creative process of our beverage menus across the hotel
• Having a good knowledge of mixology and contributing ideas to creating new recipes
• Sharing knowledge of mixology, our offering, promotions, and general hotel information
• Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications:

Essential:

• 1-2 years bartending experience in a luxury environment
• Passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality
• Empathetic with a talent for building rapport
• Quick thinking, resourceful, and able to solve problems
• Able to remain calm and courteous at all times
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Rights to work in the UK

Desirable:

• Basic knowledge with a POS System
• Basic knowledge with Open table
• Industry related certifications (i.e. WSET)
