Located in the Heart of London, Mercure London Bridge Hotel, it\’s looking for you to bring your sparking personality in the position of Front Office Team Member / Receptionist

You are the ‘face of Mercure London Bridge’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.

Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.

Are a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel\’s services.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.

Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
