The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Executive Recruiter to join their growing team. This is a senior-level role suited to someone with a proven track record in executive search and deep expertise in the Finance technology or SaaS space, specifically in the Financial Investments and Quants market. You will have the freedom to shape key client relationships, deliver exceptional search outcomes, and play a pivotal role in expanding our international footprint. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Quants Markets and financial investing, either as a recruiter in this field or as a former practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end executive search processes across global finance technology and SaaS markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and senior executives
  • Advise clients on talent strategy, market insights, and leadership trends
  • Manage complex assignments with discretion, precision, and pace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen SW Partners brand and reach

About You

  • Minimum 7+ years experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment in the Financial Investments/Quants sector
  • Demonstrable success in the finance SaaS, software, or wider technology markets
  • A sophisticated communicator with strong business acumen
  • Comfortable operating internationally with C-suite stakeholders
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated by excellence
