The Opportunity

Commission is paid upon candidate placements. What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging with businesses across the UK to explore recruitment partnership opportunities.
- Building relationships with decision-makers at senior, director, and C-suite levels.
- Promoting Fairmont Crest’s bespoke recruitment and HR solutions.
- Securing confirmed recruitment opportunities that lead to candidate placements.
- Collaborating closely with Fairmont Crest’s leadership team to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.
