A Streetworks Supervisor is urgently needed to join a project in Norfolk. This temporary role offers an immediate start with the potential for extension. This project is initially set for 6 months with the possibility of continuation thereafter. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and best practices on the site.
- Liaise with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any issues.
- Plan and schedule work activities, set targets, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and work is compliant with specifications.
- Manage site documentation, including permits, risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.
- Resolve any on-site problems or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, resources, and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
- Support in the training and development of site staff to enhance productivity and safety awareness.

- Essential: SMSTS or SSSTS, NRSWA Supervisor Ticket, Temp Works Supervisor, First Aid, CSCS.
- Desired: EUSR Water.
