Site Manager -Finishing Foreman

Finishing Foreman – Tier 1 Contractor – London Fairmead are working on behalf of a leading high end residential contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager, with Foreman Expirence. The Role: Hands-on role overseeing finishing trades on a live site. You’ll be walking the job daily, managing snags via a site tablet, checking finishes, and pushing works through to handover. Must be confident using digital tools and dealing directly with trades. Key Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day finishing works across multiple plots. * Coordinating with the team on site to go other the snags. * Snagging and de-snagging using site management software * Reporting progress and issues back to the site and project managers * Maintaining H&S standards at all times * Assisting with final handovers to client/main contractor Requirements: * Strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach to quality control * Carpentry and Joiner Expirence * Impact Driver and Jigsaw Drill * Competent using a tablet/site management software * CSCS card (Gold preferred), SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid Able to walk the job all day – this isn’t a desk-based role
