Fairmead is hiring on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a single-storey science block on a live school site in Sittingbourne.
Job Details:
- Location: Sittingbourne
- Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Duration: 40 weeks
The Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. You’ll manage subcontractors and logistics while keeping disruptions to the school to a minimum. This is a hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all site operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring strict compliance with H&S regulations and school site protocols
