Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site setup to ensure smooth operations from day one
- Manage and coordinate groundworks, excavations, and foundation installations
- Supervise poured concrete works and erecting of foundation pads
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain workflow
- Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and maintain accurate site records
