Site Manager – Residential
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a residential development from groundworks to handover.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate and hold subcontractors to account
- Deliver on programme, quality, and health & safety
- Oversee the build from groundworks through to handover
- What You'll Need
- Proven experience managing residential builds
- SMSTS and First Aid
- CSCS black card
- Strong knowledge of build programmes and sequencing
