Fairmead Managed Services are currently looking for an on-site document controller / site admin on behalf of a main contractor based in Hunstanton.
Responsibilities
- Manage the storage, distribution and filing of all project documents in both paper and the system.
- Accessing, uploading, archiving and downloading documents.
- Assist with the filing of electronic documents.
- Admin duties including phone calls if required.
- Day to day site administration.
- Responsible for managing and expediting document distribution.
- Carry out any other responsible duties requested by the senior staff.
Qualifications
- Previous Document Controller / Site Admin experience.
- Ideally have a construction background.
- 4 projects experience is essential.
- Be organised and efficient and comfortable working on site.
- Commutable distance to Hunstanton.
