MANAGING QUANTITY SURVEYOR — GREAT YARMOUTH Fairmead are currently recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis on behalf of our client, a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, for a long-term scheme in Great Yarmouth. Overview of role Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 plus package Permanent, site-based on a major infrastructure project Leading the commercial team on the project — managing a team of QSs, monthly CVRs, cash flow, risk and opportunity, and reporting to the Commercial Manager Owning the NEC4 contract with the client, and the subcontract strategy beneath it Requirements Proven Managing or Senior QS experience with a main or civils contractor, with a track record of running a commercial team NEC4 Option A experience essential Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar Full UK driving licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
