Fairmead Managed Services are currently looking for an on-site document controller / site admin on behalf of a main contractor based in Hunstanton.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the storage, distribution and filing of all project documents in both paper and the system.
  • Accessing, uploading, archiving and downloading documents.
  • Assist with the filing of electronic documents.
  • Admin duties including phone calls if required.
  • Day to day Site Administration.
  • Responsible for managing and expediting document distribution.
  • Carry out any other responsible duties requested by the Senior staff.

Qualifications

  • Previous Document Controller / Site Admin experience.
  • Ideally have a Construction background.
  • 4 Projects Experience is essential.
  • Be organised and efficient and comfortable working on site.
  • Commutable distance to Hunstanton.
