The team at Fairmead are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Site Admin for a start in the Gloucester GL1 area. Please find below the responsibilities and duties of the Site Admin role.

  • Maintaining records and databases
  • Controlling and monitoring of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Minute taking at meetings
  • Communication to site – to include team bulletins and process changes
  • Complete and submit weekly timesheets to head office
  • Request and generate PO numbers for site related purchases
  • Booking and monitoring the internal Delivery Management System
