Overview Our client, a dynamic developing contractor, is seeking a skilled Civils Site Manager (residential builds) to join their team for projects across East Anglia. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with an engineering background. Key Requirements: * Engineering background with the ability to interpret and read drawings. * Oversee civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring quality and timely completion. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to meet project objectives. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. * Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with design standards. Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience as a Civils Site Manager within Residential builds in the construction industry. * Strong engineering background (ideally degree qualified) with the ability to understand technical drawings. * Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications are mandatory
