They're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a residential development in Bury St Edmunds, running the day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to handover.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site
- Ensuring programme, quality and health & safety standards are maintained
- Liaising with the commercial and technical teams
- Reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager
- Overseeing snagging and plot handovers to a high standard
What you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new build schemes
- SMSTS and First Aid certificates
- CSCS card (Black or Gold)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on, quality-focused approach
